COVID-19 is Transforming Sales

People buy from companies who create incredible end-to-end experiences, not just incredible products or have incredible salespeople. The transition from a siloed individual seller to a hybrid or team-based approach integrating people, process, product, and technology is critical!


Some companies will lead the shift and some will follow, but the key is to be sure skill sets are aligned for both existing sales and future sales employees. Again, selling silos for many industries will be flattened into a team game and my sentiment that “everyone inside a commercial organization is in sales” will continue to root with the holistic customer experience leading strategy and actions in perpetuity, from lead through cash, post-sale and ongoing service. This with the goal of creating bonded customer solutions, and a perpetual and renewal revenue stream.
