Our core service is Sales Management Leadership delivered through Part-Time Sales Management and Fractional CSO/CRO services. PROACT helps SMBs challenged with formal sales programs, people, structures, strategies, processes, desired results, and overall competitive economies of scale.

My professional career began as a paramedic in the early 90's. Concurrent with gaining employment on the road and in the air, I held a strong desire to help others in a very different way. Accustom in bringing calm to chaos, I soon expanded my career outside the lights and sirens of urban Canada to business and entrepreneurship in the Medical Device industry.
Since, I have gained 30 Years of sales, marketing, and leadership in all of start-up, build-out, scale-up, and enterprise management. My passion and expertise is Small-Medium Businesses (SMB) that seek "next level" success through organizational development and commercial excellence. I provide clients experience and success in sales management, key-accounts management, marketing management, general management (all functions within a highly regulated industry), and senior leadership.
A deep curiosity and drive for continuous improvement has supported my academic efforts. The result being two applied business degrees that support both my career and my SMB clients: a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management (BCom) and an Masters of Business Administration in Executive Management (MBA).
I preach Servant Leadership and embrace engagement, awareness, and responsibility as the cornerstones of performance and leadership.
